Job Description
We are currently looking for a qualified HR Manager to support our Metro Manila Regional Business Unit, which oversees more than 200 store team employees. In this strategic position, you will play a vital role in enhancing employee engagement and managing labor relations.
Responsibilities: You will provide HR guidance, promote a positive workplace culture, supervise two direct reports, and collaborate effectively with leadership teams. After one year, you will transition to provide support for Commissary operations in Sucat.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related fields, 1-2 years of HR managerial experience, and exceptional communication skills are required for this role.
