Job Description
We are seeking an HR Learning and Development Specialist to assist the HR Head and Management in the efficient implementation of HR functions. Your responsibilities will include managing employee training cycles, facilitating onboarding programs, organizing various training initiatives, and maintaining vendor relationships. You will also manage training databases, coordinate corporate events, and lead employee engagement activities.
