Job Description:

• Assisting in onboarding new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
• Maintaining accurate employee records.
• Organizing employee engagement activities.
• Gathering and entering data for payroll processing.
• Assisting with performance evaluation systems and tracking employee development plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Preferably residing around Calamba, Laguna.
• Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is accepted.

Job Type: OJT (On the Job Training)

Contract Length: 3 months
