Job Description
Role Description: The Human Resources Generalist will cover various HR functions, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Discipline Management, and assisting in the development of HR policies and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum three years of experience in diverse HR areas.
- At least one year of experience in Sourcing, particularly in a prescreening role.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and remotely.
- Experience in the IT industry, particularly in networking and cybersecurity, is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
