Job Description
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a motivated and results-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in San Fernando, Pampanga. The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, along with proficient computer skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, timekeeping, compensation, benefits administration, and performance management for your designated department. You will also generate HR reports, maintain employee records, and provide support in disciplinary matters.
