Job Description
Seven Star Jasem Services Corporation is looking for an HR Employee Relations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist in conducting investigations related to employee grievances, support the implementation of HR policies, and maintain confidential records. The position may require fieldwork, including travel within Metro Manila. You will have the opportunity to engage with employees through various activities and training sessions while providing essential HR guidance.
Qualifications: We welcome applications from fresh graduates holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or HR Management. Strong communication skills, integrity, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. This is a full-time, office-based position located in Sampaloc, Manila.
Salary: Starting compensation is Php18,00.00 per month, accompanied by additional benefits.
