Job Description

Pan Asia Resources PH Inc. is seeking an HR Compliance Manager to enhance our HR and operational documentation and compliance audits. This role involves evaluating internal controls and ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.

The HR Compliance Manager will work closely with Senior Management, mediating complex employee relations issues and conducting compliance audits. Key responsibilities include preparing statutory audit reports, educating HR business partners on regulations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
