Job Description

Flash Express Philippines is seeking a qualified HR Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related course
• At least two years of extensive experience as an HRBP or in HR Strategy
• Strong HR concepts with excellent execution in a diversified workplace
• Experience in recruitment and Employee & Labor Relations
• Proficient in English verbal communication
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Amenable to onsite work and business trips

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: From Php18,00.00/month
