Job Description

NEWSTAR SHOPPING MART INC. is inviting applications for the position of HR Associate to enhance our recruitment and human resources capabilities. The selected candidate will be tasked with sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential applicants, assisting with pre-employment procedures, and conducting orientation sessions for new hires.

We require candidates to hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Recent graduates are especially encouraged to apply. Applicants must be available to work six days a week, including holidays.

This is a full-time role offering a monthly salary ranging from Php14,00.00 to Php18,00.00, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
