Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. Your responsibilities will include assisting with day-to-day operations, providing clerical and administrative support, updating employee records, coordinating meetings, and ensuring effective communication. You will also assist in creating policies and documents, process personnel activity reports, and help with payroll preparation.
The position is full-time and offers a monthly salary of Php15,00. Benefits include opportunities for promotion, paid training, and staff meals.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of HR experience. Proficiency in English is also preferred.
