Job Description

Qualifications:

• College Graduate with Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in General HR areas such as Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits.
• Basic understanding of HR standards, company procedures, and operations.
• Knowledge of labor regulations and mandatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
