Job Description

M2 Contructura is seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to maintain payroll data and accurately calculate employee salaries, overtime hours, and other deductions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze employee timesheets for accuracy.
• Update payroll data in our software.
• Track annual and sick leave records.
• Prepare payroll calculations.
• Address payroll-related inquiries.
• Ensure payroll accuracy.
• Collaborate with Talent Rewards team.
• Maintain employee work schedules.
• Process tax-related forms.
• Keep employee information confidential.
• Prepare payroll reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, or related field; HR experience preferred; knowledge of payroll practices; strong organizational skills.
