Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Psychology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 6 months experience in Human Resources.

Key responsibilities include providing administrative support to HR Line Managers, managing employee records, and facilitating training programs. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills are essential.

The position is full-time, offering a monthly salary of up to Php18,00. Employee benefits include health and life insurance, and opportunities for promotion.

Work Schedule: 8-hour day shift from Monday to Friday.
