Job Description

Mr. Wilson Sportswear is seeking a motivated HR Admin Officer to oversee payroll, benefits, and various HR administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage physical and digital personnel records
• Update internal databases with new hire information
• Develop and share company policy guidelines
• Process payroll and benefits
• Schedule job interviews and interact with candidates
• Respond to employee inquiries and liaise with suppliers

Requirements: Prior HR experience is preferred, along with knowledge of labor legislation, good organizational, and communication skills.
