AUMTREND PH INC is seeking a dedicated HR Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with global employee relations case management, maintain accurate employee data, and ensure smooth operations for a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage HR systems and respond to employee inquiries.
• Support programs that enhance employee satisfaction.
• Apply company policies consistently and equitably.

Requirements:

• 6 months experience in Offshore HR Shared Services supporting US Clients.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
