Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle agents regarding the MO.
• Print daily received MOs.
• Distribute MOs to line leaders.
• Act as a production planner to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with logistics for delivery scheduling.
• Submit daily deliveries to involved parties.
• Create Delivery Receipt and Sales Invoice for each delivery.
• Make inserts for items to be shipped outside Luzon.
• Provide packing lists for deliveries.
• Assist agents with inventory inquiries.
• Pack items for urgent deliveries.
• Answer phone calls from Sales Agents for clarifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,00 – Php20,00 per month

Benefits: Opportunities for promotion and pay raise.

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Day shift
