Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle hotel reservations, inquiries, and cancellations.
- Provide accurate information about hotel availability and rates.
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and interactions.
