Job Description
Join our dynamic team at SapientBPO in Makati as a Hotel Reservations Agent! In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues for customer satisfaction, and maintain accurate records.
Needed Qualifications:
- High School Graduate / ALS Graduate
- Good Communication Skills
- 6 months BPO experience (any account accepted)
- College graduates without BPO experience are welcome
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php27,00.00 per month
