Job Description

One-day hiring process! Earn up to $25,00 monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents at our Metro sites.

Position Overview: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to hotel reservations while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage hotel reservations and inquiries
• Provide accurate information on rates and policies
• Process reservations efficiently
• Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed
