Your Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide solutions.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
• Document customer interactions and transactions.

Needed Qualifications:

• High school graduate or ALS graduate.
• At least one month of BPO experience.
• Good communication skills.
