Job Description

Solace Hotel, a 41-room boutique hotel in San Antonio, Makati, is looking for a dedicated Operations Assistant to support management with various operational tasks and enhance our human resource strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise hotel staff across various departments.
• Handle HR operations including recruitment and employee relations.
• Implement policies and maintain operational standards.
• Assist in sales operations and event coordination.
• Conduct audits and monitor internal activities.
• Communicate any issues to management.

Qualifications:
