Job Description
Caldwell Communications is actively seeking candidates to join our team as Hotel Booking Specialists. This role involves communicating with customers through phone and written correspondence to assist with their concerns, resolving issues on the first contact whenever possible, and matching customer needs with our clients’ products and services.
