Tech BPO Communications is continuously looking for candidates to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Match customer demands to our services and solutions.
- Employ settlement and influencing skills to overcome objections.
- Share specific information with internal and external clients.
