Job Description

OTeleservices Philippines is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Hotel Booking Agents. In this dynamic role, you will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, delivering accurate information about our services while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to all new hires!

This position offers a supportive work environment with weekdays only and weekends off. We are looking for friendly candidates who are fluent in English, tech-savvy, and possess at least a high school diploma.
