Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Host to join our team at Chili’s Bar & Grill. As a Host, you’ll be responsible for greeting guests and efficiently managing the seating flow to ensure prompt service and guest satisfaction. You will handle special seating requests while considering table availability.
Additionally, you will assist servers as needed to maintain service effectiveness, including processing to-go orders. This is a full-time position with a salary range of Php16,770.00 – Php23,00.00 per month.
Benefits include staff meals and tips as supplemental pay. Shift schedules include an 8-hour rotational shift system.
