Job Description
We are seeking a formal, motivated Hospitality Human Resources Trainee to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training initiatives across our hotel operations. Under the supervision of the HR Manager, you will assist with daily HR tasks, maintain personnel records, coordinate payroll activities, organize staff training, and conduct new-hire orientations.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Hospitality, strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
