Job Description

Principal Purpose: To assist all patients in processing their HMO approval for both Outpatient Department (OPD) and Inpatient (IP).

Job Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of any 4-year related course.

Experience/Training: At least 6 months of related experience required.

Knowledge/Skills/Attitude: Must have knowledge of HMO procedures, be able to handle pressure, and possess strong moral and spiritual values. Must be capable of relating well to all levels of the organization, and demonstrate honesty and trustworthiness.
