Job Description
Support Services Group is seeking a customer service-oriented Helpdesk Associate to deliver technical support efficiently and accurately. You will be on the front lines, resolving basic technical issues and supporting various areas.
Your responsibilities include first-level contact for customer issues, proper escalation of unresolved queries, and updating customer data. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation are essential. A BS degree in Information Technology or related fields is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php26,00.00 per month, including benefits like health insurance and opportunities for promotion.
