Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team at SapientBPO, located in Makati. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Needed Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
- Good Communication Skills
- 6 months of BPO experience or college graduate without BPO experience
