Job Description
We seek a Healthcare Claims Adjudication Lead to oversee daily adjudication operations, ensure accurate and timely claim determinations, and maintain compliance with payer policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves leading and mentoring a team, troubleshooting complex claims, implementing process improvements, and collaborating with providers and payers to resolve escalations.
- Minimum 5 years’ claims adjudication experience with proven leadership and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of ICD/CPT coding, claims systems, and HIPAA compliance
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; excellent communication and performance management skills
- Detail-oriented focus on quality metrics and operational efficiency
