Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their inquiries.
- Resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Needed Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate.
- Good Communication Skills.
- 6 months of BPO experience (any account accepted) or College graduate without BPO experience.
