Job Description
Serve as the primary HMO representative managing inbound and outbound calls from patients and providers. Function as an educator, care manager, and patient advocate to develop individualized telephone-based care plans, promote self-management, and support preventive wellness.
- Qualifications: graduate of a relevant medical program; clinical experience optional; strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Requirements: shifting schedule; on-site work; BPO experience is a plus.
- Position: Full-time, permanent. Salary: Php20,00–25,00/month.
