Position: Secured Collections Operations Head

Company: Metrobank

Job Description: The jobholder is responsible for ensuring that strategies and collection activities for home and auto loans adhere to performance and productivity standards while following guidelines. He/She will implement strategies to drive improvements, achieve collection goals, and monitor their effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree; preferably in business
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in Secured Collections
• Knowledge in credit/risk management is preferable
• Familiarity with bank and secured/consumer loan processes is a plus
• Experience in collections system and vendor management is advantageous

Work Setup: 100% onsite; Metropark, Pasay City
