Job Description
The Head of DocUnit will play a crucial role in bridging communication between Senior Leaders and team members, ensuring effective service delivery in line with established SLAs and KPIs. This position is key to boosting team performance and fostering the professional development of team members. Key responsibilities include leading team meetings, upholding service standards, and facilitating discussions during stakeholder meetings.
Qualified candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 2-3 years of experience in Learning Management Systems support, with familiarity in platforms such as LOS and SuccessFactors LMS. Strong leadership abilities, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and advanced proficiency in MS Office are essential for success in this role.
