Highlander Coffee is looking for a skilled and passionate Head Barista to join our vibrant team in Angeles City. The ideal candidate will have advanced coffee skills, including brewing, espresso extraction, and latte art, along with leadership experience overseeing a team.
Strong customer service skills are essential for providing exceptional experiences and addressing complaints. Organizational skills for managing inventory and maintaining cleanliness are also a must.
This is a full-time position with a starting pay of Php 17,00.00 per month.
