Job Description
We seek a professional Guest Service Specialist to deliver outstanding front‑line support at our hospitality property. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing check‑ins and check‑outs, handling reservations and inquiries, addressing guest concerns promptly, and coordinating with housekeeping and operations to ensure smooth, comfortable stays.
Ideal candidates possess excellent English communication, strong problem‑solving skills, a courteous and professional demeanor, basic computer proficiency, and prior customer service experience preferred.
