Job Description

Doxa7 Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Graphic Assistant to support our graphic project managers with administrative duties and create preliminary files for projects.

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Standard Time (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Standard Time).

Position Type: Full Time | Work Arrangement: Remote

Essential Functions:

• Set up template files in Adobe Illustrator.
• Create production-proof files in Adobe InDesign.
• Assemble beMatrix frame layouts.
• Manage Exhibit Force for graphics.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred, basic knowledge of Adobe Suite, strong attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
