Job Description

Our client is a rapidly expanding hostel chain company seeking a Global Recruitment and HR Manager. In this role, you will develop and implement a global recruitment strategy to attract top talent, manage the onboarding process, and oversee HR policies to ensure compliance with local labor laws.

Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing employee relations, and analyzing HR metrics. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, 10+ years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment, and strong knowledge of labor laws in multiple countries.
