Job Description

Required Experience:

• 2 – 3 years experience in administration
• Excellent English skills
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• 2 – 5 years customer service experience
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of cloud-based software
• Familiarity with QAD ERP software (training available)
