Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Gaming Support Specialist to join our team at SapientBPO located in Makati. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries and resolve issues to ensure their satisfaction while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their inquiries.

Needed Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or ALS Graduate
- Good Communication Skills
- 6 months of BPO experience or college graduate
