Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, situated in the vibrant Fort Bonifacio district, is currently on the lookout for a dedicated Front Office Agent. This iconic 60-story hotel boasts 576 guestrooms, 97 hotel residences, and 98 exclusive Horizon Homes, all designed to deliver exceptional hospitality.
As a Front Office Agent, your key responsibilities will include providing personalized guest service, crafting memorable experiences, and upholding high service standards. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Hospitality, possess relevant experience in a 5-star international hotel, and demonstrate fluency in English, coupled with a passion for guest interaction.
