Job Description
Waltermart Supermarket Inc. is actively seeking an enthusiastic and approachable Front End Supervisor to oversee front end operations. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing outstanding customer service, responding effectively to customer feedback, and upholding cash control standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure superior customer service at the checkout.
- Address and resolve customer feedback promptly.
- Maintain strict cash turnover control standards.
- Effectively manage front end assets.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in retail.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: Starting at Php 18,00.00/month.
