• Handle client inquiries and booking appointments
• Accurate handling and recording of all telephone inquiries
• Manage daily schedules and payment transactions

Qualifications:

• 4-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Tourism, or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in the hotel industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be willing to work in Cebu
