Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Report to the Franchise and Business Development Manager.
- Identify and source prospective new franchisees.
- Assist new franchisees in operational proficiency.
- Manage multiple store units.
- Conduct regular business meetings and analytics.
- Handle customer feedback and store audits.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
- At least 2 years of related experience.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
Pay: Php23,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
