Job Description

Lucky Se7en Inc. is seeking a dedicated Forecourt Shift Supervisor to manage our employees, assign tasks, and oversee performance during work shifts. The ideal candidate will ensure that scheduled staff members attend their shifts, maintain productivity, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 4-year college graduate
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Willing to be assigned in the Binan / Sta Rosa area
• Strong communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14,00.00 – Php19,00.00 per month

Benefits: Paid training

Schedule: 8-hour rotational shifts

Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, Overtime pay

Experience: Supervising: 2 years (Preferred)
