Job Description
Makati Shangri-La, Manila is a deluxe hotel located in the heart of Manila’s financial district. We are currently hiring for the position of Service Leader – Food and Beverage (Pool Bar).
Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with guests and ensuring high service standards.
- Motivating team members and fostering team spirit.
- Handling guest complaints effectively.
- Supporting daily operations with the Service Manager.
- Managing the restaurant’s ambiance and decor.
