Job Description

Makati Shangri-La is a deluxe hotel located in the heart of Manila’s financial district, just minutes from the international airport. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual for the position of Service Leader – Food and Beverage (Lobby Lounge).

As a Service Leader, you will maximize profits, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high service standards. Your responsibilities include assisting the manager with F&B service, engaging with guests, handling complaints professionally, and promoting teamwork.

We are looking for someone with a passion for food and beverage, excellent communication skills in English, and preferably experience in a luxury setting.
