Job Description

The Lake Hotel Tagaytay is seeking a talented and motivated Food and Beverage Manager. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with Executive Chef to create and maintain menus.
• Oversee daily operations of restaurant and hotel functions.
• Manage recruitment and training of F&B staff.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and high service standards.
• Monitor food and beverage costs.
• Plan and execute events.
• Ensure compliance with health standards.
• Analyze F&B revenue reports.
