Job Description
We are seeking a Fleet Service Staff to support the Section Head in maintaining the President/CEO’s land and water vehicles. Responsibilities include conducting initial inspections and routine monitoring, coordinating repairs with approved auto shops, scheduling preventive maintenance, and maintaining accurate records of PMS, major repairs, insurance, and LGU documentation. The role involves liaising with VIP drivers, captains, crews, and vehicle vendors, monitoring service quality, and recommending operational improvements.
- 1–2 years’ experience in fleet services or vehicle maintenance
- Valid driver’s license and basic mechanical knowledge
- Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and ability to work independently
