Job Description

SPACInsider is seeking candidates with a background in financial analysis to assist in covering the IPO and SPAC markets, as well as maintaining our database, including De-SPAC transactions. A strong interest in capital markets and a finance background are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Review SEC filings
• Manage internal database
• Compile data into actionable reports
• Work collaboratively with team members

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with U.S. capital markets and SEC filings
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Background in finance (1 year required)
